Legal consultations are conducted according to the scheduled appointment time. Please arrive or join the meeting on time so that the full consultation period can be used effectively.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us as early as possible so that we may assist you in arranging another available time.
If your matter involves contracts, correspondence, court documents, certified letters, screenshots, or other relevant materials, we recommend organizing them in advance of the consultation.
A legal consultation is intended to provide an initial legal assessment and practical guidance. If you later require document drafting, negotiation, court representation, or other legal services, the scope of work and fees will be discussed separately.
If you send documents by LINE or email before the consultation, please provide only the materials that are reasonably necessary for us to understand and assess your matter.
If you are unsure whether an online or in-person consultation is more suitable, you may simply choose the option that is more convenient based on your location and schedule.
